The Texas A&M University Staff Council invites organizations to support the third annual Maroon and White Fun Run in Aggie Park on May 17, 2026. This event brings the campus community together for a day of fun and fitness while supporting the Staff Emergency Fund. Net proceeds help provide financial assistance to staff members experiencing temporary hardships related to major life events.

Donations and Other Ways to Help

Can’t join us in person? You can still support the Staff Emergency Fund by making a gift anytime through the Texas A&M Foundation online giving portal: select “TAMU Administration” as the Unit or College, then “Staff Emergency Fund” as the Department or Account, with a minimum gift of $25. ​

About the Staff Emergency Fund

Created to help members of the Aggie family in need, the Staff Emergency Fund provides limited financial assistance to Texas A&M University staff members experiencing a temporary hardship due to a significant life event. The Maroon and White Fun Run is a fundraising event and the net proceeds will go to support the Staff Emergency Fund, an account held at Texas A&M Foundation.
