Employee Tuition Assistance

Wellness Release Time

Wellness Release Time provides all full-time (40 hours/week), benefits-eligible, Texas A&M employees the opportunity to use 30 minutes of their regular work hours, up to three (3) times a week, to exercise or participate in physical fitness activities.

Texas A&M faculty and staff receive a 20% discount on all services.

Texas A&M University Libraries

This is a confidential mental health counseling service available to employees and their benefits-eligible dependents.

Wellness Exam Incentive

Available to employees via the A&M Health Care Plan.

Blue Points program

Transportation Services: Motorist Assistance Services

Transportation Services provides free on-campus motorist assistance services. The intent of this service is to assist faculty, staff, students and their guests with air for flat tires, jump starts for dead batteries, or a gallon of gas if the vehicle runs out, while on university property.

A free and confidential service that helps people across North America find the local resources they need for help meeting basic needs like housing, food, transportation, and health care.  The website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
